Traininglift Pest Control is a referral service. We connect homeowners in Overland Park and the Overland Park area with independent providers. If you run a pest control or wildlife removal business and want more homeowner calls, you can apply to join our network.

This is not a job posting. You would not be an employee. You stay your own business and set your own terms.

Who We Are Looking For

We want independent contractors who handle work like:

• General residential pest control
• Termite inspection and treatment
• Rodent control and exclusion
• Wildlife removal and humane handling
• Bed bug treatment

Providers who serve homeowners in our area, and who communicate clearly, are a good fit.

What We Expect

Homeowners come to us to compare. So we ask providers to meet a few basic standards:

• Hold the licenses and permits Kansas requires for your work
• Carry proper insurance for your services
• Give written estimates that spell out scope and price
• Explain products and methods in plain words
• Treat pets, children and wildlife with care
• Respect a homeowner's choice to say no

Do not make promises about results you cannot control. Do not use pressure tactics.

How to Apply

• Your business name and the services you offer
• The towns or areas you serve
• Your license details and proof of insurance
• A short description of how you handle estimates
