How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Traininglift Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Traininglift Pest Control
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If Your Concern Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Traininglift Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Kansas.

How to File

Email contact@traininglift.living and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
